Garrett, Indiana · Mobile Drive-Thru · Est. 2025
A wood-paneled mobile drive-thru bringing honey-cinnamon lattes and Amish banana bread to Northeast Indiana — one festival, one farm-town morning at a time.

○○ The Story
We started Coffee Cabin in February of 2025 with one wild idea: a wood-paneled drive-thru on wheels, hand-built to look like the cabins our grandparents grew up in. We park it in downtown Garrett most mornings, then load up and head wherever the weekend takes us — Lake James, the flea market over at Shipshewana, the cobblestone festival in Auburn.
The coffee is good. The honey lattes are very good. And the windows are always open.
○○○ Signature Drink
Honey, cinnamon, espresso, milk. The drink that made everybody around town ask "wait, where's that truck again?"
Real Indiana wildflower honey, stirred warm into the espresso so it dissolves clean.
Ground fresh that morning. Enough to lift the honey, never enough to overwhelm.
Both lanes work. We pull more iced from May through September.

Teamwork makes the dream work — even if we aren't on the same eye level.
